THAI COOKING CLASS

Last night I ran a cooking class for a group of girls throwing a surprise hen for a friend who gets married next month.

They asked for a Thai style evening hosted at home.  I put together a menu, they opened some champagne and we began cooking the following menu:

Chicken Satay

Spicy Beef Lettuce Wraps

Red Thai Chicken curry with Basmati Rice

Passion Fruit Meringue Roulade  

We started with the pudding, then cooked the satay and beef which they ate while I showed them how to make the main.  Once the curry was ready I slipped away leaving them to enjoy their dinner.
